Contribute to Leader of the Pack

If you’re equally as obsessed with backpacks and travel–tech as I am and would like to share your thoughts with other like-minded people then why not consider contributing to Leader of the Pack.

This site has a growing audience and while very much a passion project I’d love to see it become a well-respected industry resource covering bags and tools for frequent flyers and regular travellers.

Topics

I welcome guest contributions covering any of the topics found on the site including, but not limited to:

• Carry–on backpacks and bags
• Totes, duffels, and daypacks
• Travel–tech, wallets, and accessories
• Guides and travel resources
• Airport and airline-related news, design, and experiences

Words & Pictures

• Reviews should generally be 750–1500 words
• Images should be in JPG format and 1000px wide and have a relevant image caption
• Ideally your post will be in Markdown (.md) format but I am happy to receive submissions via Google Docs too
• In each review I try to include as much technical detail as possible relating to the item. Please see the grey highlighted box in this post for a good example
• Be opinionated but please be considerate and constructive to the products and manufacturers you are reviewing
• Break up your review into clear sections using headings

Edit and Review

I politely reserve the right to not publish every submission. I also request that you are open to feedback and editing of the post in order that it’s in keeping with the site’s overall style.

Credit to You

All published submissions remain yours and will be credited using a highlighted box (like this one) at the top of the article. Please submit a short bio complete with links for inclusion in the article.

Should you ever wish to remove the article from Leader of the Pack simply email me and I will do so as quickly as possible.
